1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the mobile application, website, or any service offered by KRONOSTATS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the modified Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

2. Description of Service

KRONOSTATS is an AI-powered sports analytics platform that provides statistical predictions, performance analysis, team trends, bookmaker consensus data, and other analytical tools for football (soccer) matches.

The Service is offered through mobile applications (iOS and Android) and a website. Some features are available for free, while others require an active Pro subscription.

3. Important Legal Notice — Not Betting Advice

ALL PREDICTIONS, ANALYSIS, STATISTICS, AND ANY OTHER CONTENT PROVIDED BY KRONOSTATS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

KRONOSTATS is not a bookmaker, does not facilitate betting, and does not promote sports gambling. We do not provide financial or betting advice. Predictions are generated through statistical models and artificial intelligence and DO NOT guarantee actual results of any sporting event.

You acknowledge and agree that: (a) any decision to place a bet is solely yours and at your own risk; (b) KRONOSTATS shall not be liable for any financial loss arising from the use of our content; (c) past performance of our models does not guarantee future results.

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, we recommend contacting a specialized support organization in your country.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

The Service is not available in jurisdictions where its use is illegal or restricted.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account by providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. KRONOSTATS shall not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

KRONOSTATS offers Pro subscription plans with different billing cycles: weekly, monthly, and yearly. Current prices are displayed on the subscription screen within the application before you confirm your purchase.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

Prices may vary by country and are subject to applicable taxes. KRONOSTATS reserves the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next billing cycle.

7. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTO-RENEW at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly), unless you cancel the subscription before the current period ends.

To cancel your subscription: on iOS, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > KRONOSTATS > Cancel Subscription. On Android, open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > KRONOSTATS > Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the already-paid period expires. No refunds will be issued for unused partial periods.

8. Free Trials

KRONOSTATS may offer free trial periods for the Pro plan. Free trial details (duration and included features) will be clearly indicated before activation.

At the end of the free trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the indicated price, unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

Each user may benefit from a single free trial. KRONOSTATS reserves the right to limit free trial eligibility.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform used for the purchase, in accordance with their respective refund policies.

KRONOSTATS does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple or Google support as applicable.

10. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including but not limited to predictions, analyses, algorithms, statistical models, graphics, designs, logos, text, and software, is owned by KRONOSTATS or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

It is strictly prohibited to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or retransmit any content from the Service; (b) use the content to create competing products or services; (c) reverse-engineer the software or algorithms; (d) use the content for commercial purposes without express authorization.

11. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit illegal, offensive, or third-party rights-infringing content; (c) attempt unauthorized access to KRONOSTATS systems or data; (d) use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Service; (e) interfere with the normal operation of the Service; (f) share your account or credentials with third parties.

12. Service Availability

KRONOSTATS strives to maintain uninterrupted Service availability. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may discontinue the Service temporarily or permanently for maintenance, updates, or other reasons, with or without prior notice.

We shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.

13. Third-Party Sports Data

KRONOSTATS uses sports data provided by third-party providers. While we strive to ensure data accuracy, we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays in data provided by third parties.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KRONOSTATS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSS, ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

In no event shall the total liability of KRONOSTATS exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KRONOSTATS and its affiliates from any claim, damage, obligation, loss, liability, cost, or debt, and expense arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

16. Termination

KRONOSTATS may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or your conduct is detrimental to other users or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bogotá, Colombia.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
